While traveling to Cape May, we were sideswiped on highway; and left side mirror was knocked out. We called the nearest Cadillac dealer; spoke to Sharon and it felt like I was talking to a family member. We brought the car in, met Mason service advisor. He made sure we were taken care of immediately before we would leave for back home.

“My son’s car broke down while he was driving from Pennsylvania to the shore over Labor Day weekend. The car was unsafe to drive, so we had it towed to Whalen’s. They have been incredible from the start.
As soon as they reopened after the holiday, they quickly diagnosed the problem. They have also been extremely helpful and patient as we work to have the car towed back to Pennsylvania, since the rear differential failed after being replaced by a local shop about a year ago.
We truly appreciate their honesty, communication, and great customer service while we figure everything out. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I would 100% trust Whalen’s to repair the car and highly recommend them!”

“Brian and James are awesome. They kept my 2004 Honda Accord going until the AC went out. They are always fair and reasonable. In fact, I know people who got super high estimates elsewhere and Brian was much fairer and cheaper. Last weekend my daughter was down and her car had an issue. Brian got it fixed asap for her. Once we got here we noticed oil the next morning under the car after we had gone to jiffy lube for a oil change beforehand I brought it to hollands when they opened they quickly put it on the lift and noticed that the dipstick wasn’t properly in after that they attached some clips on the shield and had me worry free within an 30 mins Ty highly recommended”

“We had a dead battery and my key fob wasn't working so I thought we were going to need a tow to the dealership to get it fixed. After being connected to a different company that didn't help us and left us stranded, Tom from Kindle Ford Towing came out and helped us out. In the time it took me to get my key fob, he had discovered that it was just my battery and he fixed it in five minutes. Not only did he come to our rescue faster than Honda roadside assistance said it would take, he did a check first to see if he could help before towing. “My daughter's car broke down at the beach. We limped it to this station on Saturday but they were closed. The station attendant was very helpful and allowed us to leave the car for service on Monday. The service was completed the same day and fairly priced. They communicated well and the car is driving good again. Highly recommend their service!”
