Purchased two sofas. Both cream colored sofas were delivered with black smudges. Delivery guy took pictures and told me someone would be out to clean. Six weeks past and never heard from BF so I went into the store. Was told the person I needed to speak to was out but they would have them call me. It’s been another six weeks now. No response. These were not cheap sofas. I expected a better customer services/warranty. Maybe I should have refused the delivery but the sofas were already in my house and unwrapped when we noticed the black smudges. Not a good way to do business if you want return customers.

Supposed to be high quality custom kitchen table and chairs for you beach house. Table arrived with dried paint drips down the side. Went back for fixing. Was told it would be a day. Instead no communication and took 1.5 weeks. I’m happy to pay these prices, but quality and communication are expected.

Horrible warranty policies! The outside cushions were used for a limited number of months and stored inside. It is torn on the seam from poor quality. They expect us to pay 90.00 to repair it. Last year it was 50.00. Our other chairs are rusted out and covered under warranty but yet it’s been 2 months of them not fixing them. The service is so slow. They tell you when you buy things there how quick they are to fix it. This is absolutely not the case: it’s been a terrible experience. Really look at there policies before buying and understand it will take months to get things fixed

Lisa at Blufish is amazing. Chairs we purchased from them in 2014 needed replacement parts, which were difficult to get with all the supply chain issues from COVID-19. When the parts did work out, Lisa worked with the manufacturer to gat replacement chairs! She went above and beyond for us. We have all our outdoor furniture and several indoors pieces from Blufish and I highly recommend them if you want beautiful products and stellar customer service. Thank you Blufish Designs.

Clearly, this store is successful (for the moment) in spite of themselves. Customer service is non existent. Phone calls go unreturned, sales people have a arrogance about them and give you the impression your business isn't welcome. It’s sad as this store was one of our favs when they started out. Growth doesn’t become them!

Ordered sofa and chairs. Great quality. Best part of process though was the delivery team. They were careful and took their time to prevent any damage to walks while moving big pieces up three flights of stairs. 5 star delivery team.

Nice products but the worst customer service. Seemed to go out of their way to not help us. Will not go back.
