Desert Sand Resort is in a perfect location, just one block from the beach and close to main street food establishments. The staff is outstanding, friendly, helpful, supportive, courteous, and flexible. The rooms are clean and the property has seen wonderful improvements. Guests appreciate the accessible features, the terrific pool, and the stricter noise regulations. Many have been returning for over a decade, finding it a highlight of their summer and a pleasurable, fun, and convenient place to stay. Overall, it is a terrific place where visitors hope to return often.

Our room had anything you could need. It was clean and smelled fresh! The furniture and beds were very comfortable.

You can't beat the location - just a block from the beach. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Right down the road from Stone Harbor main street, a lot of popular food establishments as well. Would definitely go back!

What a terrific place. Outstanding staff. Convenient and fun. Clean as a whistle. Terrific pool. Third year in a row and here’s hoping for next year again!
