It’s hard to find places that offer this level of service these days and Frank’s delivers!
Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

When I first called to inquire about the repair, Alda was extremely nice, patient, and professional. She took her time answering 1000 questions from me and never once made me feel rushed lol. That really stood out, especially compared with some other body shops I called where I felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone.
When I went to this shop Alda, and Vinny were both very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process.
Another big plus is that they are a GEICO certified repair facility. I didn’t have to deal with any headaches going back and forth with the insurance company. They handled the insurance side directly, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful.
Overall, I was satisfied beyond my expectations with both the customer service and the repair experience. I would definitely recommend Benner’s Auto Body to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy body shop. “2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. “There was a dent on my 2020 Lexus LX 570 caused by an unidentified driver in a parking lot. After shopping around for a couple of days for a body shop to do the repairs, I went to DND Auto Body which is near where I live. Other auto body shops had quoted me outrageous prices, so I had decided not to repair it. When I entered the reception area of DND Auto Body, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and I also noticed how clean the facility was. In no time, she called Mateo to inspect the car and give me an estimate for the repair of the dent. Mateo was very courteous and professional. Much to my dismay, Mateo gave me an estimate which was 25% of what two other body shops had quoted me. Without hesitation, I authorized the work. Mateo told me it was going to take about 2 days to complete. A day later, I dropped the car off to Mateo. He even gave me a ride home. The work was completed the following day. The bumper looks meticulous and the paint is the exact match. Mateo, thank you very much for your unquestionably superlative skill and knowledge. If I ever need a body work, this is the auto body shop I will go to. Mateo has earned my trust and I will spread the good word around.
