“I had my car serviced by Woodbridge Auto Body due to a minor collision from someone rear ending my car. Everyone that I had an encounter with was pleasant and thoroughly explained the details of the process for repair and answered any questions that I had. After my car was ready for pickup, there was a minor incident that happened before I retrieved my car. The manager, Dmitriy, reached out to inform me of what happened. While I was a little frustrated about the situation, Dmitriy assured me that he would take care of it immediately. I truly appreciate his integrity in communicating with me about the damage because it was so minor that I may not have noticed it without notification. Or at least not right away. That says a lot about this company and their morals. I highly recommend Woodbridge Auto Body if you're looking for a trusted location that is thorough, does excellent work, and communicates well.
