These guys are the absolute best. Dom and his team arrived and took care of a very complicated tow situation in an elevated parking garage that three other companies failed to be able to handle. They were smart, professional, and kind. Absolute gentlemen and fantastic value. Would recommend them to all.

phenomenal experience. needed my car towed first thing 8am in the morning and they hooked it up within 30 mins. the dude that showed up to tow my car was hella chill and we ended up having great conversations during the process. super professional, got the job done quickly and without any issues. I called Chain Gang after trying two other local towing companies. The first one admitted up front that they wouldn't be able to get to me for >3 hours. The second assured me that they could come do the tow. After more than 3 hours of excuses from #2, I called #1 back. They said they were booked solid but suggested I call Chain Gang. When I called the business # (after 6:30 p.m.), the owner, Dominic, picked up at home (he must have had the business # forwarded). When I explained my situation, rather than calling his driver, he jumped in his truck and headed out. Despite a series of mistakes on my part that made it difficult for him to make the tow happen, Dominic stayed in constant contact with me and reassured me that he'd get it done. His integrity and commitment to customer service were fantastic, especially in the week before Christmas! He will always be my first call for towing needs in the area and I'm looking forward to trying him out for our auto servicing needs. My family can't thank him enough!
