“Exceptional service and professional salespeople helped with the transaction. The manager was great and showed skill in the process of buying a leather chair and stearns bed that helped a lot. The salesman Callen was awesome going the extra mile replacing a logo on the chair driving where he lived to exchange another one for me. Awesome front desk crew and nice lady in the front helping with great music singing along same time. An overall win and recommended highly, come in”

“I just had the most amazing experience when I called the Pc Richard & Son located on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, New York Because my mother’s refrigerator that she bought from them over 19 years ago finally was on its last leg and she needed to get another one and unfortunately had a terrible accident & was hospitalized and now we tried to call and get another one Once she got discharged and she was so worried and this Angel by the name of Valerie Blatt Answer the phone and she took care of every single thing and got us a refrigerator that was comparable to her last one but better and she was so professional and so sweet. I highly recommend anyone getting their appliances from here. This process was the most simplest thing thanks to her. It was the best experience me ordering anything over the phone in my life🙏❤💪”

“I accidentally locked myself out of my phone when I added additional security measures, (a pattern and fingerprint), to my phone, but couldn't remember what the pattern login was and was very frustrated with the amount of time I had to wait before I could try to figure out what the pattern was. The first time I did it, my phone switched over to the fingerprint login, but it reverted back to the pattern the next time I tried to login, and I was at my wits end!! Luckily, I had an old phone that I use for my internet backup, but I couldn't make phone calls or do texts on it. With it, I Googled some phone stores that were able to unlock phones and was glad that Hot Spot Wireless & Electronics was near my job. The majority of their reviews were pretty good, so I went to their store on my way home. Just in case I needed it, I brought my old phone with me, which turned out to be a good decision! The guys who helped me were knowledgeable and patient with me. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my phone back to where it was before I messed it up, but at least they were able to put it back to its factory settings so I can use it again. I was pleased that the process was done in around 20 minutes and I bought a SanDisk Dual Drive Go device from them to install data from my old phone and computer, just in case, God forbid, I find myself in this situation again. I'm pleased with the service I received and if I ever need the help again to unlock my phone, or even to buy accessories for it, Hot Spot Wireless and Electronics will be my go-to spot!!”

“I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with the salespeople and delivery and installation staff. Last week I purchased a window air conditioning unit which was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I was called this morning asking if it could be delivered today—and Juan came at the scheduled time, replaced the old unit with the new one and took the old one away—just in time for the heat wave! Thank you!🙏🏻”

“I first went to Ken @Audio Nexus based on reviews when looking for new speakers years ago, and I’ve come back to him ever since (amp/pre-amp, turntable…). He’s extremely knowledgeable and looking to inform and guide first, never pushing a sale. In an age when it’s easy enough to order and try things online, I can’t recommend Audio Nexus enough for the advice, product catalog, and experience that all come together to find what works best for someone’s specific needs and taste.”

“Security Camera system recorder was not working. Dropped it off end of Tuesday and by Wednesday morning it was fixed and ready to be picked. Spoke with Lou and immediately we hit it off. He threw in the OEM plug which I did not have, which might avoid a similar problem in the future. In a consumer driven society, I wish there were more like Lou; honest, transparent, knowledgeable and willing to help. Grateful to have just met him.”
