“I'm glad I used Google to find this location. My husband only want to use Benjamin Moore paint and this location has the paint and all the extras that you will need. I parked in the front but there is even more parking spaces in the back. The staff was friendly. The lady that helped me did everything from getting the paint, ringing me up and even brought the two 5 gallons of paint directly to the car and placed them inside ?. She lifted the gallons up effortlessly.
When I got home I thought I could do the same thing.
No!
My neighbors Ring camera probably recorded my struggle. ? I will let the contractor remove the remaining gallon from the car.”
“I guess a few years ago they changed the formula for their pigments, and last year I came here and bought the paint that a lot of my house was done in, but it didn’t match at all. I didn’t use it, and brought it back almost a year later, along with a sample of my existing paint, and they matched it most excellently without any additional charge. The woman who helped me was extremely nice, and definitely earned my return business. Thanks for your help. It’s a near perfect match.”

“Walked in there knowing exactly what I wanted and paint was mixed and good to go in minutes. Mike Burdette offered advice but did not push, which I really appreciate and was unlike most paint store employees. When I came back with a tinted paint in a sheen I ultimately decided against (not open), and decided on a different one, he made up the new one and helped me out, even though it was clearly my fault. Will definitely be back.”

“What a fantastic business! I went there today with my sister and we met with Danny! He happened to be from my old neighborhood in Brooklyn! We talked about how the neighborhood used to be, similar memories, bars, parks, and so on. He shared stories about seeing John Travolta during the filming of Saturday night fever and he even witnessed the making of a scene in the French Connection, and how Gene Hackman, and Roy Schneider were so nice to the neighborhood kids, and so on. How they're both real human beings! And it's funny because people today are so pretentious. Especially, the majority of the actors and actresses of today. They're all so cold and out of touch with reality. They have zero moral fabric and it's disgusting! And unfortunately, they're a sad reflection of our society. Anyway, I'm glad we decided to go to shamrock paints because he made our paint buying experience all the more special! Having said that, I'm glad we went and from now on we're going to continue buying paint from Shamrock Paints! As long as Danny is there we're good! He's got such an amazing personality. Thank you!”

“We needed a new storm door. We used Jaeger in Madison for our kitchen cabinets and was very impressed with John, who sadly retired. Unfortunately, Madison didn't have the door we were interested in so off I went to Union. Will the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with and was 100% knowledgable about storm doors. We ended up with the top pf the line Larson door and we couldn't be more pleased. Tommy and Carl did the installation, They were so helpful and friendly. It took a few hours and the end product came out fantastic. You could tell that the door was perfectly installed. I always use Jaeger as I'm not a fan of the big box stores. The customer service was outstanding and I was told if anything ever went wrong that the problem would be fixed immediately. I don't expect any problems but it's nice to know that Will is available in case. Great job.”
