“Local small businesses favorite for years. For the weekend warriors with two left hands, the very helpful staff here will provide insight and knowledge on your project!”
“Good old fashioned neighborhood hardware store. Knowledgeable older... no disrespect... staff; not box store kids that no nothing... Once again no disrespect to any party's I'm talking of..”
“The best! Couldn’t ask any more from a local neighborhood decor store! Loving what feels like a new home (1903!) New walls and floors! Tom had great advice; patient with my thoughts and decision making! His crew was efficient and polite!”

“The assistant manager was extremely helpful in choosing the right paint for our project. While the paint was being mixed I observed him with other customers and was amazed athow knowledgeable, honest and helpful he was. He certainly is an asset to the store. Will definitely continue shopping there and was glad to have my daughter with me so she could observe the difference between the service at Sherwin's as opposed to the big box stores.”
“What a fantastic business! I went there today with my sister and we met with Danny! He happened to be from my old neighborhood in Brooklyn! We talked about how the neighborhood used to be, similar memories, bars, parks, and so on. He shared stories about seeing John Travolta during the filming of Saturday night fever and he even witnessed the making of a scene in the French Connection, and how Gene Hackman, and Roy Schneider were so nice to the neighborhood kids, and so on. How they're both real human beings! And it's funny because people today are so pretentious. Especially, the majority of the actors and actresses of today. They're all so cold and out of touch with reality. They have zero moral fabric and it's disgusting! And unfortunately, they're a sad reflection of our society. Anyway, I'm glad we decided to go to shamrock paints because he made our paint buying experience all the more special! Having said that, I'm glad we went and from now on we're going to continue buying paint from Shamrock Paints! As long as Danny is there we're good! He's got such an amazing personality. Thank you!”
“Absolutely what a hardware store should be. Extremely knowledgeable help, the greatest variety of products is very very reasonable prices. You should make this your first stop for any hardware needs. Going there first will save you time money and headaches. They will give sound advice on any job and provide you with the right tools to complete it.”
“Been to the store the last two days and delt with Sean. What a wonderful person to deal with. Him and his crew was very nice and helpful. I live 5 minutes from a Benjamin Moore store on the south shore, and rather drive the 20 minutes to this store and deal with really nice staff. If you need paint go to this Benjamin Moore store.”
“Excellent customer service I was in a hurry had my puppy I called gentleman looks up account gets my paint ready/mixed for pickup. That was incredible didn’t have to leave puppy waiting in car”
“This store's signage reminds me of old school hardware stores. Whether you need a key to be made or buying tools for fixing, this is a place that meets your needs.”
“Katie went up and beyond to help me decide what paint colors would work best for my new home. To say it surpassed Perfection
