“I’m giving the Costco in Edison, NJ a full five stars! They truly have everything you could want, and as someone from an Indian background, I really appreciate how well-stocked they are with foods and products from India and across Asia.
The store can get very busy at times, but the staff does a phenomenal job managing the crowds and keeping things moving smoothly. They’re always friendly, professional, and helpful — even when the place is packed.
The food is fresh, the prices are great, and the overall shopping experience is worth it. If you want to avoid long lines and heavy traffic, I highly recommend visiting on weekdays or parking toward the back of the lot — it’ll save you time and a lot of stress.
Overall, this Costco is one of the best! Their organization, cultural variety, and customer service keep me coming back.”

“Quick easy NO NONSENSE. I arrived late on a pickup 24 hours due to a previous delivery being unloaded very slow in Manchester Connecticut. Any way. I arrived at midnight the same day and was told my new appointment was at 1000 so when I got there they where closed so I parked in a dock door and went to sleep with my alarm set for 0700 since they opened at eight. I wake up and get out at 0715 and see an a manager looking individual and he got me loaded and out the door by 0800. And the load paid good for mileage.”

“Enter main gate off of Davis Street. Park to side, walk through gate to front of building. Go to second floor to check in. Lady in office very nice. Sent me beside dock 1 to check in with loader. I got there on their break time. Waited 15 minutes, but after break loader came out and quickly loaded truck. He did an excellent job. Picked up 10 pallets that they already had pull out just waiting to load. Only spent 50 minutes here from start to finish. Nothing to complain about here.”
“We went there for site visit from our MBA program and were really welcomed by the staff. You could actually see it practically what the staff means by saying that they have a family like work culture. They are really committed to the work they do”

“This is the first time I did business with this warehouse and I was incredibly pleased. This warehouse is incredibly large so when you first enter it might take a while to understand where to go thank the team communicates and guides you so well so its not even a problem. Right after you sign the documents at the office ( as soon as you enter the Rpm you will see a door by the stairs) this is where you first park and then they take/guide you to the loading ramp (which ever your goods are ) and it will be ready by the time you park there. Everything is handled in a very short time. The team is incredibly kind , friendly and welcoming ! I was very pleased and I definitely recommend !”
“First time here showed up 6 hours early to see if they could load me early as soon as I get out of my truck a rude guy comes out starts bitching at me telling me to leave go have lunch come back at your appointment time like he needs to calm down and have respect for drivers.
Update the guy that came out to me was not the guy I was supposed to deal with anyway that was a different place if your picking up from here don’t stop right after the gate go to the end of the building they got me where I needed to go and said they could’ve loaded me at 7am when I got here”

“I was in and out within an hour. This place is a little hard to find Google maps will have you come to the street to the left? You wanna keep straight and then circle go through the tunnel and then it will be building F10.
You will also be on the side of the water when you come around the building .
It is hard to back in their dock if they have that hose out that is draining water. I had to back out of the driveway in order to leave”

“Great place so it is 24hrs but if u dropping a trl it got to be anytime after midnight of your appointment like mines was at 8am 10/28 but if I would have came a midnight I could have dropped and truck gps will have u in bad position to get here so map it out with google when u get near facility streets are small and cars not respecting the no park in yellow lines so u can turn.”

“I had a drop and hook, so it was pretty quick getting loaded. The only bad part is that i had to wait till 8 am for paperwork, when i arrived 40 minutes early. I guess the people behind the desk dont like to wake up early.”
