She was extremely knowledgeable & personable. We had to leave to remeasure at home, but went back to make a purchase. We were greeted by another girl, I think her name was Karina...however, Lisa, Heather's supervisor completed our transaction. We wound up buying a sofa & dining table. (They will even try to match the price you saw on the Ashley website with some stipulations) Lisa was great too! I'm all about energy & if I walk into a showroom where the sales people jump on me and follow me around, I'm out!! The whole experience at Ashley was very relaxing.
