“Alexa was wonderful! We live in Tuckerton and had a bad experience with customer service at the AT&T there. They man there made me and my wife feel stupid for asking questions. Almost switched providers but decided to try another store first. Alexa was kind and extremely helpful and you guys are lucky to have someone like that working for you. She was also training someone at the time. I think his name was Devin. He was really kind and helpful as well!

“I went into Barnegat(NJ) AT&T with questions about trading in my phone and others phones on my plan.
Rashawn was the gentleman that helped me . He provided me with copies of trade info to show the family members (I have a few phones and wanted to do them 1 at a time , as to Not back up the store)
I left with a newer plan(saving money) and a new phone . All the customer assistants were very nice.
Glad I stopped into that store.
Definitely will go back for the help with the other phones”
