“My husband's tire blew. Heard great things and they were the only place with his tire size nearby. They got him in, all 4 new tires installed, and aligned right away (there was only one other person ahead of us). What a relief to have everything fixed quickly so we didn't have to worry about how to get to work the next day! They also gave his vehicle a once over and told us what we would need fixed soon. Great, fast, thorough service!”

“BILL! I came in today and had an awesome experience, thanks to Bill. It was a relief to see him at this shop. He does my oil change at the Audubon location. Recently I relocated to Mapleshade and I was a bit nervous to take my BMW truck someplace unfamiliar. My wife suggested that I use the same company but closer location. I was nervous, but happy wife, happy life, right? So I took my wife’s advice and was so relieved to see a familiar face. Bill reassured me that ALL of the mechanics are professionals and we were in great hands. He provided great customer service and consistently checked in with the mechanics to make sure they were doing the best job possible. They were quick and efficient. I was glad to know that I do not have to travel all the way to Audubon now. Thanks again Bill!”

“Brought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in for diagnostic and repair for numerous electrical issues, particularly turn signals not working and several other issues. Scott was professional, courteous, and understood the issues. He explained the initial cost and what the service technician was going to do. They fixed and repaired all the electrical issues several days before the promised completion date. I highly recommend the repair shop for any services you should need. I will definitely be using them again.”

You may have passed this store and repair shop on the Black horse Pike without even knowing that this was a good place to get your tires fixed. It's right near the Gloucester county outlets. If you blink, you'll miss it. You may need GPS for this. Because it's down a non-descript street but there is a sign on the Black horse Pike.
My tire had gotten a nail in it and they couldn't repair it at the other place. A friend recommended this place. We called and they were able to see us that same day. They had the best prices on tires as well, because I had to replace my tire. They gave me a good deal. It only took them about an hour to fix the tire change it and rotate it.
I was very impressed with the service that I received there. The place may not have the aesthetics, but most repair shops don't. It looks like they do work there though. I would give the place five stars out of five.”

“Chances are if you are calling this company, you are having a bad day. Rest assured that DW will turn it around and get you back on track. We spent about three hours trying to get AAA, OnStar and other local businesses to respond to our flat tire in south Philadelphia and only DW responded and stayed focused on our problem. He sourced a new tire from a local vendor and brought it to the vehicle, mounted, balanced and installed the tire right on the curb where we were stranded. Don’t waste your time with the national “service“ providers. Call DW.”
