Bill's Tire Sales is known for its great prices and excellent service. The staff is consistently described as nice, friendly, kind, helpful, and superb. They are praised for not taking advantage of customers and for providing honest service. Many reviews highlight their speed and efficiency, with repairs often completed within 15 to 30 minutes and tire changes done in about an hour. They offer same-day service and are able to help customers immediately, even for walk-ins. The business provides both new and used tires, and they honor warranties, easily replacing damaged tires. They are a reliable solution for hard-to-find tire sizes. Common services include patching nails or screws in tires, though they also handle full replacements when a repair isn't possible. The shop is located on the Black Horse Pike near the Gloucester County outlets, down a non-descript street, and may require GPS to find. While the aesthetics are typical of a repair shop, the quality of work and customer care receives high praise, with many customers stating they will return and highly recommend the business.
