“2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my car was returned looking better than when I brought it in. I have already informed them of my intrest in having another job done to my car in the very near future. The service was excellent from top to bottom. This, for me, helps in maintaining my car both inside and out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Updating this original post. I have returned twice, including this post. The first time was a paint job of my calipers and brake drums. This last time was to replace damaged tail lights. The work was done on both jobs in a timely manner and most importantly professionalism in workmanship. Their commitment to excellence is why I will remain a customer and, again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Flow to anyone.”

Dropped off my car Monday afternoon after a rear end accident, on Tuesday they told me the parts alone were going to take 5 days and the portal showed my estimated pick up date of the following Friday. “I accidentally scuffed the rear door panel of my Lexus after pulling in too close to my garage. The team at Sal’s—especially Tom and Shannon—were extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. “I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan, Christian, Tripp, Josh, and Frank at Open Road Volkswagen of Bridgewater! They were absolutely phenomenal to work with. We spent two days with them getting my new car sorted out, and somehow they made what can normally be a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. Every single one of them was knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, and in such great spirits the entire time.
We primarily worked with Tripp, and he truly made the entire experience. Although he is newer to the dealership, he was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right for us. He took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed, and was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. He even caught a mistake with our insurance that we hadn’t noticed and immediately helped us get it corrected, which just shows how attentive he was throughout the entire process.
What really says a lot about Tripp and the entire team is why we ended up spending two days there in the first place. We came into the dealership later in the day, and rather than rushing everything just to get us out the door with the car that night, they were honest with us and told us they didn’t want us taking it home until everything was perfect. They could have easily rushed the process and sent us on our way, but they genuinely cared about making sure the car and every detail were exactly as they should be. We came back the next day, and they made sure everything was taken care of before we left. That level of care really stood out to us.
Beyond all of that, Tripp was just an absolute pleasure to spend those two days with. He was personable, funny, kind, and made the whole process feel so much less transactional than buying a car normally does. We spent a lot of time at the dealership, and he kept such a positive attitude and good energy the entire time. He really went above and beyond for us, and it was obvious that he cared about us being happy with the car and the experience, not just about making a sale. He is a huge asset to the dealership, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a VW!
Another thing I appreciated so much was that not one of them was pushy or made us feel pressured into anything. Everyone was honest and upfront with us from beginning to end. We never felt like we were simply being “sold” a car. They explained our options, answered our questions honestly, and gave us the space to make decisions we were comfortable with. That kind of honesty and transparency is rare and is a huge reason I would come back.
Jonathan, Christian, Josh, and Frank were also amazing. Even though it wasn’t necessarily their primary sale, they were constantly willing to jump in, answer questions, help get things sorted out, and honestly just keep us entertained throughout the process. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely work as a team.
The dealership is a bit of a drive from where I live, but I will gladly make the trip because dealing with this group makes it completely worth it. This is my third Volkswagen and my second one from Open Road VW Bridgewater, and I couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and especially this group of guys to anyone looking for a VW. Jose and his crew take their work very seriously. As soon as I arrived Jose and I reviewed the damages and what he was going to do to repair it. He also told me that the vehicle will be available in 5 business days. He is a man of his word as he contacted me when my vehicle was ready. I swear the truck looks better then it did previously. Remarkable job. I understand they also wash and detail cars at reasonable prices which I will be utilizing them moving forward.
