“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”

Nelson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to help my daughter pick what she wanted, and explained certain features to her.
