“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”

“Had my account SIM locked for security reasons and needed help resetting my PIN and reactivating my phone. The staff at this Cricket store were extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my phone was fully reactivated before I left.
