“Although the staff were proficient, friendly and quickly provided service, I was a bit shocked to have to pay almost $22 to ship the simple small package. I can certainly understand rising costs, but I never expected such high charges.”

“USPS had been here and faithful since it was delivered on horses. Forget UPS or FedEx the USPS can do everything they do and more. How ever anything in Seaside may or may not ever get to you and take a week to go 4 blocks. USPS outside of Seaside? Amazing. In Seaside bad.”

“Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”

“Sea Girt store has good selection and helpful associates. They need to speed up the check out process. Some times gets a bit slow with returns at the same counter.”
“I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand. At checkout I was assisted by another very pleasant employee named Noah who is also an asset to the store.Lynn Donahue”

I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. They have the supplies you need and even have nice seasonal packaging as well. I will definitely not avoid this post office when it comes time again to mail something that takes more than a simple stamp.”

“Convenient location, but there's a man that works the counter who is really unprofessional and seems to hate being there. I once went in 30 mins before closing and he didn't want to ship my package because it was shipping internationally. He said "it was a lot of paperwork and they were closing soon so there wasn't enough time". He told me to come back the next day, but it was a gift and I didn't want to wait another day, which I told him. I said I would fill out the paper as fast as I could and he finally gave me the form, reluctantly. It took maybe 5 mins to fill out, he was just being lazy. He has an attitude with customers for no reason. Makes you feel like you're a nuisance.”
