“Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick!
Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love.
It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout.
Hopefully someone from UPS reads this and gets the man a raise or promotion! 😂 He deserves it!”

They usually give me advice on packaging, weights and dimensions and which services offer the best value. They also have faxing and copying services, which I have used instead of destroying my printer. The shop is very cozy and welcoming and they also sell nice cards that I do not see in stores. Overall, I recommend their services :)”

“Buyer beware! I purchased a color ink cartridge from this store. The in-store price for the product was about $6 or $7 more than the advertised price on staples.com. The store did price match for the lower price, but it is worth checking prices before a purchase. The customer service is good.”

Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”

We really cannot say enough good things about them and the assistance they provided. So much easier than the big box store that offers this service. We will be return customers for sure! “After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

I called the Lakewood nj office and talked with Donna Morris and ask if I could pickup my delivery up at the Lakewood location she have to call and get back my load back from final delivery location and she called me to told me I can pickup my load at the Estes location in Lakewood NJ the next day after noon. Thanks to Donna going the extra mile for me.She saved me at least five days of waiting for my load.”

“Convenient location, but there's a man that works the counter who is really unprofessional and seems to hate being there. I once went in 30 mins before closing and he didn't want to ship my package because it was shipping internationally. He said "it was a lot of paperwork and they were closing soon so there wasn't enough time". He told me to come back the next day, but it was a gift and I didn't want to wait another day, which I told him. I said I would fill out the paper as fast as I could and he finally gave me the form, reluctantly. It took maybe 5 mins to fill out, he was just being lazy. He has an attitude with customers for no reason. Makes you feel like you're a nuisance.”
