“I'm so glad that I used Sunshine for packing and shipping two large framed and insured pieces of artwork. Though the cost was quite high due to the dimensional shipping charge, Joe did a phenomenal job doing museum-quality cardboard and bubble wrap engineering that ensured these valuable pictures safely arrived across the country. He also helpfully postponed shipment until the heavy rains in Toms River stopped, avoiding water damage to the cardboard. Highly recommended for anyone shipping valuable items.”

“I needed to know how quickly I could get some Open House invitations out for my listing in Point Pleasant Beach. I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. “I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand. At checkout I was assisted by another very pleasant employee named Noah who is also an asset to the store.Lynn Donahue”

“I needed help printing out a shipping label. Although I tried the self-service kiosk, it didn't work. The print staff had me forward the email to them and the printed it out for me. Also, everyone I dealt with in the computer section was very helpful.”

All the workers there are super patient with us but he is exceptionally patient and always treats us so well. Also packages are scanned super quickly and every package gets to destination on time. “I accidentally left an envelop with money in this UPS and realized a few hours later. I ran to the store, hoping that someone hadn’t picked it up/took the money. The employee working, Krunal Patel, kept the envelop for me, sealed it and assured me that it was kept safe. I can’t thank him enough for his honesty and trustworthiness - besides being great at his job, he’s also a great and honest human being.This place is my local UPS and they’re always efficient, and fast. I don’t have anything but positive things to say about this place.”

“Quaint, old fashioned post office in beautiful Ocean Grove. I love the tin ceiling and old wooden post boxes. Parking can be challenging so I walk or bike. There can be a line occasionally due to there being only one teller but I always have a pleasant experience at this unique post office.”
