“There is no comparison to buying appliances from Triangle TV & Appliances to buying appliances at chain stores. Unlike Dave at Triangle, the sales representatives at chain stores are not trained at all in knowing anything about the product they are trying to make a sale on. Instead, they refer to their phones to get the information about the product and then give it to the buyer. On the other hand, Dave is extremely knowledgeable about appliances that he sells. Dave is willing to help his clients until they are satisfied. I purchased a washing machine from him, and I realized after it had been delivered that I preferred a different machine. With no hesitation, Dave ordered the one I preferred, picked up the one that I received, and delivered the new one. Dave will go the extra mile to have his customers happy with what they buy from him. I am very pleased with the washer and air conditioner that I purchased from him. I have had so many problems with appliances that I bought at chain stores. So much so that my one- year-old oven emitted high levels of carbon monoxide. “I never even knew there was a show room for Ferguson and when I walked in, it nearly made me giddy to see so many products up close and personal so I could order with confidence.

“I’m so happy that I went to Expert Appliance Center for repair of my Miele vacuum cleaner which needed a replacement on the hose connection to the machine. Alex, the manager, found the part needed and screwed in the part. Just $49 for the part and I’m all set to go. It turns out that Expert and Desco, my former store now closed, were the first authorized dealers in NYC. That history shows when Alex knew how to fix it and had the replacement part in stock. Other places I called just said the machine was too old and I should buy a new one when this machine was in perfect condition. Alex was so knowledgeable and helpful. Experience counts!
