“I would recommend them 10/10. They were so nice when I went to pick up my car. They were apologetic that it took so long because they had to wait for a part (a week and 2 days, I thought it would take a month lol). They were super fast in my opinion and the car looked brand new. They cleaned the inside too and it had that brand new car smell. Even though insurance paid, the invoice was less than I expected. Love their work, their price and their professionalism.”

“Ramez was amazing! I came in for a battery checkup. He informed me about my battery level - I can either recharge the battery or get a new one (knowing my car’s running with it for close to 5.5 years) He did NOT try to upsell me the most expensive battery just because of the price/warranty - which I appreciated. I bought the battery at a decent price. He suggested I also buy a repair kit to reduce corrosion (only $4). He removed the old battery and put in the new one in less than 20 minutes. He was informative and easy to work with. Thank you so much! Will definitely come back.”

“Car accidents never come at a good time. However if you ever get into an accident search no further. CARSTAR takes all the stress away from you and works with the insurance companies so you don’t have to. They also educate you on the whole process so you’re kept in the loop with everything and they handle all the back and forth with the adjusters. My car was rear ended and they helped me make the third party accept liability for the damages in a more expedient way than I could ever have done.
