“This place always has everything I need for my dogs and it’s reasonably priced for us not having any commercial pet stores in this town but I’m giving them 4 stars because the older lady that works there is seriously so annoying and rude. Every time I go she has something to say, it’s always something with her! She’s always questioning customers in a rude way, making comments that I know she thinks are normal but are very rude!!! This is a great store but they need better customer service!”

“Had horrible past experiences at groomers, especially Petsmart in Lyndhurst with my dog Riley. They shaved him down to the bone and he was physically sick because of it so it was really hard to find and trust a new place. I brought Riley here because of the great reviews and they did an amazing job! They were fast and reasonably priced and he looks fantastic. I never usually write reviews but they definitely deserve it, will be coming back here again for sure.”

The owners are super friendly (and have a new cat) and will get you whatever you need if they don't have it in stock. I feel good about supporting a local business and even better for not getting my soul sucked out by bad bix box florescent lighting.”

“Vinnys's pet shop has a pet groomer who does cats on Wednesdays. I'm sorry but I don't know her name. She is the best. My cat Delilah is a 3 year old Maine Coon who won't let me comb her . So instead of torqueing she asked if she could shaved her, she left a mane and I love it. Delilah now looks like a Lion. Delilah came home much happier usually take weeks for her to get over seeing the groomer I would say she has PTSD. I could tell right off the the pet groomer cared about hurting Delilah. “I love this place every time I go there Marino helps me out with my budgies. He gives the best advice. He taught me how to get my budgies to trust me and to play with me. He even figured out why one of my budgies wasn’t flying treated the problem and now my budgie is flying again. What a great person he is. “Wonderful store, with oodles of pet kid you will not find at the big chains like Petco or on Amazon. I'm terrified of traffic in the Dumbo area, and I was able to find a day-glo orange harness for a tiny quadroped pal. VERY reasonable prices (a comparable harness was $10 more at Petco). I also found dog food of the type I have NEVER seen before and a pup pal of mine really seems to have enjoyed it. Photo below.Michael, the proprietor, is also a master pet groomer. While I did not need those services, it's clear he has a nice rapport with our furry friends.”
