About Shaggie Pets Grooming Salon
Shaggie Pets Grooming Salon is a small, family-run shop that specializes in grooming small to medium breeds under 30 pounds. They focus solely on grooming and operate by appointment only, ensuring each pet receives individual attention. This personalized approach helps keep dogs comfortable and stress-free during their grooming sessions, which typically last around 2.5 to 3 hours. If a dog is nervous, they may take a little longer to make sure the pet feels at ease. The owners treat every dog like their own, aiming to make each visit a positive experience.
Many customers have praised the salon for its kindness, professionalism, and consistent quality. Dogs are often happy and relaxed when leaving, with some owners noting their pets look and feel great afterward. The staff is attentive to the dogs’ needs and provides transparent pricing, with clear cost breakdowns available at the front desk. Over the years, repeat clients have expressed loyalty, stating that they have tried other groomers but none compare to Shaggie Pets.
The owner and staff are especially appreciated for their care of nervous or anxious dogs, creating a calm environment where pets enjoy grooming and leave looking pretty and happy. The salon’s focus on individual attention and gentle care has made it a trusted choice for many pet owners in the area.

They did such an incredible job trimming my dog’s nails. It was her first time being groomed which made her quite anxious, they calmed her so well and did an incredible job. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
