Too crowded. Bank is always in your damn business. Withdrew a measly $4500 and wanted to know why and the source of funds. Just give me my money. Took a half hour wait for a wire. Almost 7 or 8 people in front of me. Ended up going across the street to Citizens where I have another account. This bank honestly gets on my nerves.

Don't open a CD at TD. You have to go in the branch once it matures otherwise it automatically matures at half the original interest rate. Even with appointment, it was an hour wait. Moving to a real bank that has full online services.

Service sucks every time I go in there takes over an hour even going thru drive thru you can be there a good 20 mins if you can go to Staten Island best service never disappointing just sucks your have to pay the toll to get good service

worst customer service ever ! i went to go fix my account since it was locked my mom was speaking to the lady her name is Nour.. she cuts her off while picking up the phone starts laughing & talking for a couple minutes my mom is trying to speak to her & she still basically ignoring her !! i had an issue with zelle as well i asked if there is anything she can do because i called & they said i need to call my bank but she completely dismisses me with saying just call zelle..no duh i tried to already that’s why im here!!! after that i could tell she was already getting annoyed while my mom is having a problem with her own account..i just told my mom let’s go because it’s a waste of time ! downtown jc tdbank is way better i suggest you go over there !!

I waited 2.5 hrs to get a new debit card but when I used the card later it had been locked. I went in the app to unlock it. Except it wasn't there for me to unblock. So I have to go back to the bank to fix their mess.

I have been banking with td for years and they are always helpful and efficient.. the tellers are always polite and helpful with deposits and cashing checks. Camila especially is so kind and always does an amazing job

Worst bank I've ever been to. Always a long line and takes hours. Rude people from all over. The tellers have always been polite at least. As soon as I am done with my business here. Won't even come back
