i hate coming here but don’t have a choice due to it being near my home. i’ve never seen such slow workers in my life entire life. you have to wait almost 2 hours to speak to someone. i hate this bank so much & the employees are sometimes rude.

This is the worst bank I ever been to they are so slow and what kills me is that the employees will hold a conversation with each other and hold that conversation for 2-3 minutes while it’s ppl waiting it’s completely insane if you plan on going here plan to be here 30 mins to an hour an half with any transaction it doesn’t matter they hired new ppl and it’s like the trickle down effect because they don’t help much I barely write reviews but it’s the same thing every time I come here . Then the employees catch an attitude with you .I waited an hr to see a teller just to have to leave and come back the next day to wait 47 mins I can’t stand this bank I had to switch my money over to chase to better convenience.

Your atms are always broken every single time I've gone to use them, and the door on one side doesn't even work at all to access 2 of the 3 atms even if they were working.Update , here again and machines not accepting cash. Omfg

Most convenient bank my ass. Stood there for 30 mins with with six people behind the counter servicing one person. Slowest bank ever, and never have quarters. What kind of bank doesn't have MONEY. These people don't give a single shit. Stay clear. Worst mistake was opening a bank account at TD.

As of Today, 4/3/23 there's no ATM service available at this branch. Hopefully in the near future there will be upgraded ones, but as of now, all ATM machines have been removed. #PSA THERE'S CURRENTLY NO ATM SERVICE AVAILABLE AT THIS BRANCH. #mindyourmoney****************************UPDATE: AS OF 4/4/23 new ATM machines have been installed

I came in just to deposit a check via ATM. The ATM ate my debit card and nobody cared to get it out for me. I notified the bank tellers and none of them cared. They just told me to get on queue. I had to wait over 90 minutes to get a new card issued and deposit my check. I didn’t feel comfortable to leave the Bank without a Debit Card. The fact I wasn’t helped out quicker is utterly disrespectful. It was also on a Monday afternoon and took a few minutes away from work to go. Also had my Dog in the car. I’ve been a TD customer my whole life and this is how they treat me.

My wife and I sat 50 minutes waiting. I thought I was in a line at Disney, waiting for a amusement park ride. Two others left before me and they arrived after we did. Poor service would be a misnomer. There was no service.

Crazy long lines and high crime area. Most staff seem nice but clientele is pretty lousy. People playing loud music using foul language. The lines out the door into the vestibule and it really doesn’t feel safe in this location even with security. Litter all over the lot. They need to turn this location around it’s terrible unfortunately.

This location has panhandlers targeting the TD bank customers as the enter and exit the one side that the doors are unlocked to get into the vestibule! I felt so unsafe, I get passed unscathed and the security guard refused to allow me to enter saying they are closed n I said well I was here I had to wait for u to turn around and acknowledge me. I had unsuccessful encounter with the ATM and while this was going on another person arrived and security allowed that next person who arrived after me go in to bank. Then security began to talk about me n laugh in my face alongside another man they just continue to laugh and did not care that I said I was calling a manager! Exiting the building I was subjected from more begging from the REGULAR PANHANDLING that goes on there and began to make phone calls to complain of my treatment n seek help to complete the task I came to do but nonetheless the joke infact is on me bc no one cares, my concerns have gone unheard a 800 rep could only call the store who wasn’t answering ofcourse as I see people inside the bank and they are aware of the situation that has gone on without any concerns on their part for their customer who’s feeling uncomfortable, inconvenienced, unsafe and now HUMILIATED. I have never in my life even heard of such treatment and they could care less honestly I have no faith that anything will be conveyed to management and if my concerns reach anyone in charge I’m sure 0 responsibility will be held or anything changed or improved so treatment like this is just fine by them! I come to the reviews and see so many others have encountered terrible treatment here as well so in conclusion security does not secure the TD bank property from begging panhandler in their entrance way but they will secure it from a custom attempting to enter after having troubles getting into the building and using their ATM. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to bank customer service and assistance from all other banks located here in Bayonne!! They should be ashamed of themselves, I never want to return to this location.

What a disaster. How is a 30 min wait acceptable?? Then when assisted told that i would have to wait for someone else to handle the second part of my transaction. Waits are way too long. To much conversation going on between employees and not attending to customers. What has happen to TD Bank over the years their customer service and friendly atmosphere is really slacking. The friendliest person in the place was the security guard.
