“There is nothing I know of that can be improved upon. The vehicles and equipment are well maintained and in top condition. I walk into the establishment and I immediately feel welcome and treated as a valued customer, Picking up and returning a vehicle is quick and easy. The people here really care and it shows. I have occasion to rent a vehicle, and when I do, I only rent from this location.”

“I called and booked my reservation w Frank for the same day usage. When i came in for the truck it was ready to go. The customer service was excellent from Frank, as always, since ive booked at this location numerous times over the last 4 months. The trucks were always clean and in good working condition. But i cant stress most about the customer service esp in a time where its not practiced in many retail or service centers. 5 stars for this location.”

“They were very quick. I came in on the fly needing a hood and headlight, they had no problem getting me in and got it done quickly. There whole crew was very kind and respectful. They even took a couple hundred off the bill to help me out. I recommend hudson county motors (volvo) to anybody in the area or just passing through. I feel they did everything they could to get the job done proffesionally and quickly.”
