“I rented my first uhaul cargo van and it was just the easiest thing ever - I was moving out of my storage room but the storage room elevators didn’t work so I had to go back and return the uhaul defeated after a long day of packing and no success to moving - I spoke to Steven about my issue and he really helped me out - thank you so very much - great service - clean good working driving van! So if you need a bigger truck, but they only have a smaller truck then you have two options: rent the smaller truck at the same rate or go somewhere else. The staff was very friendly, however.”
