“Didn't know what to expect when I arrived here to rent the van because it looked as if no one was there. Once inside I saw George. He greeted me and asked how he could help. He asked if I had a reservation. When I replied no, he said not to worry, he had plenty. He asked where I would be going which I first thought was off but he wasn't being nosey, he needed to add mileage charges for the estimated charges. His estimate was on spot on, which meant no surprise charges for me ?. He explained the rental requirements and return expectations. My return experience was just a easy. Definitely recommend.”

“I don’t get the negative reviews for these guys. My 2nd time using them and they’re so quick and simple which is something I’ve never experienced at a car rental company. And they are so willing to help instead of just trying to grab your money. I wanted a bigger van, explained my situation, and the gentleman, Paul, was able to show me why it wasn’t even worth upgrading even though they had the vehicle in stock and it costs more. And the lady at the front desk was answering calls and helping people not have to purchase insurance. She was saying things like “do you have this/that credit card? Then you’re covered already” without them even having to ask about it! They truly are just trying to be good to people and run a honorable business. Kudos to you guys!!!”
