“I presented my problem to Frank: my shut off valve for the fridge water line was located in my crawl space. I want the shut off located in the kitchen. Within minutes he brought me all the tools and supplies I needed including a demo. After the easy install I was also able to return a duplicate tool I already had.”

“Don't know much about Mattress Warehouse in Forked River, however, today we went in the store and was greeted by the Manager, John Olivari. We expected to have a salesman jump all over us to get the sale. As a salesman for 60 years I can tell a good salesman from a bad salesman. John was professional and did not force any sale. When I'm working in the brick Thomas river or Lakewood area, they have just about everything you need. And if they don't have it, they'll order it for you. And you'll have it in a couple days, I highly recommend Cooper. Electric”

“I desperately needed a new front door with sidelites (mine was broken) and after 6 months of waiting on Home Depot and every other place telling me it was 12 week waiting period, someone suggested builders general. They had the perfect size beautiful door at a deep discount and were so kind and helpful. Thank you!!!”
“Staff was very good. The rental pricing is not bad the only problem I have is they used to take cash at end of rental that's done. But almost they had what I needed. They have some decent used tools for sale some are pretty reasonable if you can't afford new ones. Or you only need the tool every now or then good choice. The staff isn't to bad better than most. The store is easy to get to and there is some good stores in the shopping plaza.”

“I'm a contractor. I actually prefer going to Lowe's just because it's less crazy than home Depot and they have everything I need. Prices are very similar to home. Depots and people generally are pretty nice that work there and works for me. I highly recommend them”

This time I was just buying spray paint and didn't need help but hel was offered if I needed it and a nice man offered to get me a cart because my hands were full. “I am rewriting this review. Michael the install person who was out sourced by lowes was terrible, but Anthony who came the following week was fast, awesome, helpful and I would use him again. I do not blame Lowes on the first install person as some folks have a bad day, but Lowes addressed it and resolved the issue. I am again a happy customer”

“I came in for flowers for my yard, purchased around 8. I had my newborn attached to me and could not grab anything. The staff inside and out helped me the entire time. Wrote up the ticket for my order while I pointed to what I wanted and then put everything into my car. It’s nice to have something close to home that’s easy to walk up to and check out with small kids. Love them!”
