“Staff was very good. The rental pricing is not bad the only problem I have is they used to take cash at end of rental that's done. But almost they had what I needed. They have some decent used tools for sale some are pretty reasonable if you can't afford new ones. Or you only need the tool every now or then good choice. The staff isn't to bad better than most. The store is easy to get to and there is some good stores in the shopping plaza.”
“07/11/2026: I visited Ferguson Plumbing to get pricing & availability on a gas-fired water heater for my home. The counter person suggested contacting LANG'S PLUMBING for installation. I contacted Langs and Robert took care of the purchase & installation. Lang's Plumbing did a great job and Robert was consistently professional.”

“I am rewriting this review. Michael the install person who was out sourced by lowes was terrible, but Anthony who came the following week was fast, awesome, helpful and I would use him again. I do not blame Lowes on the first install person as some folks have a bad day, but Lowes addressed it and resolved the issue. I am again a happy customer”

“I presented my problem to Frank: my shut off valve for the fridge water line was located in my crawl space. I want the shut off located in the kitchen. Within minutes he brought me all the tools and supplies I needed including a demo. After the easy install I was also able to return a duplicate tool I already had.”
