“Staff was very good. The rental pricing is not bad the only problem I have is they used to take cash at end of rental that's done. But almost they had what I needed. They have some decent used tools for sale some are pretty reasonable if you can't afford new ones. Or you only need the tool every now or then good choice. The staff isn't to bad better than most. The store is easy to get to and there is some good stores in the shopping plaza.”

“I placed a fairly large same-day pickup order, but unfortunately my local Lowe’s did not have the items in stock, so I had to travel to the Toms River location instead. I even had to borrow a pickup truck to make the trip. When I arrived, my order was still not ready. Understandably, the store was busy, but I was greeted by Head Cashier Stephanie, who immediately welcomed me with a smile and asked how she could help. She quickly looked up my order and worked to get me the assistance I needed so I could be in and out as quickly as possible. While some of the other employees seemed understandably overwhelmed and frustrated due to how busy the store was, Stephanie remained friendly, kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire interaction. She truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Stephanie, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a wonderful one.
