Kens Hardware is a local hardware store known for its exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. Employees take the time and care to understand exactly what customers need, often customizing solutions and providing helpful instructions. The staff is consistently described as friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, making it a pleasant place to shop.
The store offers a wide range of products and services, and it reliably has everything customers need, no matter how big or small the item. Compared to large chain or big-box stores, Kens Hardware maintains competitive and more reasonable prices. Customers appreciate that the store has items other big chains do not carry. The experience of shopping there is often compared to the classic, reliable service of traditional local hardware stores. For these reasons, many highly recommend Kens Hardware as the best hardware store around.
I geniunely love everything about kens hardware from the staff, to the item selection, to the prices. They always have exactly what I need and are very accommodating no matter what the issue. Needed a washer for my control arm and was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you!!
