“My son has been at TLE Bayville since he turned 1. I appreciate the staff because they take over when I walk in the door. The before care is so important because someone like miss Jalimat had to take in a cranky sleeping boy and comfort him when I leave. She smiles and consoles and gets him to relax and stop crying. I have to be able to trust where my son is; not so much the establishment, but the people. Miss Nikki takes him in when she’s waiting for staff to show and never has an issue keeping him safe and calm. Then, there’s Miss Janet who gets him through the day with calm voice and happy smiles. She’s such a gift to his day. Then, we have ms Dena. Administrators have just as much importance because although she’s not with my son all day, she keeps me informed of anything I need, makes the phone calls when something happens and is my sounding board for all of my concerns. Thank you for all that you do. It’s really about the people who come in and show up; not just being there but having the compassion and energy to make the day safe, fun, and educational.”
