“You will never find a daycare that is perfect, but both of my children have attended TLE Berkeley since they were about 11 months old (going on four years now) and we are truly happy here. If any issue arises - they are quick to adjust and make sure the issue is addressed immediately and show honest care and love for our kids. My kids come home happy and tuckered out - which tells me they’re thriving, playing, learning and growing here. Love this place!”

“OKA has been a wonderful daycare / preschool for our little ones. My daughter went here for two years and our son for a couple of months before we moved out of town and had to move our kids elsewhere. We really miss it here.
The staff are kind and caring. Our infant refused a bottle and the girls worked tirelessly to get him to drink milk. It was because of them we were able to narrow down one specific sippy cup he would drink from. They kept me updated around the clock. The communication in this facility is unparalleled.
The girls in the preschool room were always very nurturing with our 3 year old who could sometimes get emotional. Always felt like she was given undivided attention even in a full classroom.
Veanna was always flexible and accommodating with our needs. She is honest about any issues with the kids. At one point another student was rough with our daughter on two occasions and unfortunately the child was expelled but I felt comfort knowing my daughter was safe.
Every experience is different but I’m happy to say ours was exceptional.”

“We were so cautious and anxious about sending our son back to daycare post-Covid. It took a long time to make a decision on which daycare, and we made the right choice with Goddard. Since then, my daughter also started the infant room. Both of our children have thrived here. The teachers are excited when they come in the mornings, are attentive both academically and emotionally, and you can see the teamwork between all the staff. The owner is always on site , showing her dedication to how the school is running. At pickup, we always see staff cleaning the school to prep for the next day. Cleanliness and safety are just as important as learning and emotional development when you’re trusting others with your babies, and this Goddard school’s staff puts their hearts and souls into every aspect of the children’s day. “Our daughter has been attending Little Giggles from 9 months old. She is almost 3. She is so comfortable there, loves all her teachers & is busy all day! It’s been an extension of our home. We love the updates throughout the day on the app and while we wish we can stay with our little one all day long, Little Giggles has made us feel so comfortable leaving our most precious in their care!”

“We were skeptical because of course who isn't when trying to pick a daycare for your child. Our 3.5 year old is very hyper active and NEEDS constant stimulation. He is not rwccomended for a full day of special education day care through toms river but he does go in the morning. We've gone through early intervention and all that. I've had a sour taste in my mouth from the previous schools we've been to - the learning experience in toms river and the learning ladder in lacey. Both were not equipped to handle a hyperactive child whatsoever. I was getting called every single day to pick him up.
Sebastian is thriving at smart start academy after bring there almost 1 month ! Everyone here is so kind. He comes home and talks about his friends. He's happy to go to school and i think that means something coming from a 3.5 year old !! Thank you ♥️”

“I’ve been with Berkeley Child Care since January 2022, and it’s truly been the best decision I’ve ever made! The staff is amazing with the kids, and mine absolutely love going to daycare every day. They have so much fun playing with their friends and doing great activities. The center is also very flexible — they’ve never had a problem adding extra days when I get called into work. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my children to grow and learn!”

“We had a baby in 2023 and looked at Ocean Early at the suggestion of our neighbor. We couldn’t be more happy with the care she gets there. The teachers in her room are attentive, loving, and rockstars at their jobs. They made us feel welcomed and at ease especially when we were starting there as new parents. We love that they do various developmental activities - tummy time, reading, sensory exploring, outdoor time, bubbles, and so much more. Every day during drop off or pick up I’ve seen them be actively engaged with the babies. They’re flexible depending on your own preferences in terms of bottle preferences, nap timing, and more. The online/app system they use for communication is easy to use, and we appreciate the updates for naps, bottles, meals, daily needs, and the fun photos. So glad we found them!”
“Stepping Stone daycare gives me peace of mind!I work everyday until late and the one thing that worries me the most, besides my baby’s safety & well being ; is his eating. Ever since I explained my worries to my son’s teacher... she has been trying a little harder to make sure his meals are being eaten. Not only does this make me feel at ease, but it truly touches my heart that his teacher understands me. I call many times, and I speak with them almost daily about new concerns. So I am very very happy I can trust this daycare with my son. I fully recommend it!”
“Contrary to the many negative reviews here, mine was a good experience. Nobody likes taking exams. The staff that checked me in were friendly and professional, and we had a nice little chat after I passed my exam.
The facility is clean. The computer I took my exam on worked without issue too.
My one minor complaint was the noise from the road traffic. I was seated closest to the window at it was a little load. Just something to note and it didn't really distract me. Just something to note about.”
