“Brought my sons 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few weeks back that needed some engine and front end work. Phil was honest about what was wrong with it and what it would cost. I gave him the go ahead to do it all which would have run us about $1800. After completing some of the repairs, he called me and said "I don't think you should spend the money on the rest of these other repairs because it's not going to make it run any better and its safe to drive without replacing the struts." He basically gave away about $850 worth of additional repairs because he knew we were tight on money and this was something that could be repaired in 6 months or so, if we wanted. The car drives great for a 15 year old vehicle. Wish there were more people out there like Phil.”

“I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain from them with 70,000 miles. Nice vehicles with less mileage. The Carfax is free on their website. I recommend this place to purchase a used car.

6 months later the truck giving me problem with oil leakage, engine went out. I did an oil change two weeks after I purchase the truck in January 2024 and the oil was dirty. they didn't even bother do an oil change before they put the truck for sale. it's my fault that I purchase the car with no warranty and they don't offer any warranty on any of their vehicles, only guarantee they gave is to pass motor vehicle inspections. Around April 2024 my truck starts shaking at red lights even steering wheel started shaking driving over 65 mph and it was the rotors that was bad. Be careful buying a vehicle from this place. Not sure what they put on these vehicles to make them drive smooth for the first 4 months. Bring your mechanic with you”

“I don't know crossroad motors however I do know the car business for 25 years and I do know that Julian motors in Irvington New Jersey sold me a Chevrolet Blazer on January 14th of this year 2024 and it was a pretty nice car even though I paid for it in cash and it was represented as a vehicle that was a private selling vehicle even though it was from a dealer I said okay I understand I've been around the car business so enough to understand and I shook his hand and it was fair square deal and because it was a Sunday I took his word that he didn't have the title but then I paid a doc fee I shouldn't have paid and he said we could do this inside or out of the gate but crossroad motors has nothing to do with this I'm replacing this on Julian motors but my title says that they purchase the car from the crossroad motors so maybe if crossroad motors wants to help out they can and because I'm getting nowhere with Julien”
