Jose was excellent at the drop off and check in. I just completed 1-year service since the purchase last August 2021. Service was completed on the same day as drop off and returned the loaner vehicle. The service department dealt with the two vehicle recall notices and adjusted the hood closing mechanism.

My 2-year service in September 2023 was very efficient and completed in a timely manner as I waited. Jose processed the check-in and my pick up of the vehicle.
