I tried to go through Carhartt, but they were giving me the runaround. I called up and spoke to the manager, Victor, One of the nicest guys I have ever encountered. He helped me out tremendously. As a father of 3 and a sole provider for my family he really took care of me. Stuff like that usually never happens to me.
