“This is the best post office I have ever used. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My wife and I use the post office very frequently to send out packages for our side business. Whereas other post offices have treated us as a nuisance, the Three Bridges Post Office always welcomes us and we have never lost a package. We mostly deal with Paul, who is absolutely amazing. He is so great, in fact, that he should be made Postmaster General! But in all seriousness, if every post office was like Three Bridges, no one would ever complain about the postal service again.”
“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”
“Staff was good. No main entrance into the main tellers section. Two doors in the side to PO Boxes and then another door into the main area. They helped me tape up my box better than I did”

“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”

“I met Jai today (one of your postal workers) at my apt complex. Nicest mail person I have ever met- she guided my car so that I wouldnt accidentally hit her or her truck and she was so friendly after so I introduced myself and hope to see her again soon!
Christin at the front desk is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers! She has been working to resolve mail delivery issues for me this week. Super friendly and hard working”
“Bound Brook Post Office on Mountain is very good -- longer hours on Saturday which is helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the service at this office is very good.”
“Have never had any problems with this post office.I really like the automated walk up machine which you can print stamps from. It also has a scale for you to weigh a package and print postage from. If you're tech savvy, it can be faster than waiting in line.They have 4 outside mail boxes you can drop off letters at (two of which are drive up which is great). If you have a smaller package which already has postage, there is a drop bin inside that you can quickly use and get out fast (there is a size limit, probably the size of a small toaster oven).They have the standard USPS packing materials, as well as greeting cards and even some gift cards. Pretty handy if you're in a pinch.”
“Got myself and my daughters' passports done at this location last Friday. The associate who helped us did a fantastic job getting the applications organized, passport photos taken, and payment done all while helping walk-in customers with their parcels. I really appreciated her efficiency.”

“UPDATE 2023: Runs efficiently now! Small but serviceable, and the postal persons are friendly and professional! Thank goodness ; )PREVIOUSLY: Very very slow. Inefficient, not at all friendly nor responsive on a personal level. Too bad! I've been to post offices that are Great! This one is tiny and crabby -the entire atmosphere is Crabby & neighbors have said the same. Unpleasant, too bad!”

“This post office is always very professional ?. I applaud them for dealing with some unruly customers who gets frustrated when they are being told what needs to done for their transactions. “I see all the negative reviews, but I have to say I had an outstanding experience (btw - why in many of the negative reviews do people feel a need to call out someone by race? No one wrote the “white” girl or guy. It’s always black or dark-skinned. I’m Caucasian & I find this to be disturbing.) First - someone actually answered the phone! I was so grateful for that. I live in FL now & you will not find 1 area Post Office that will answer the phone. The phone just rings & rings until it cuts you off… over & over again. You have no choice but to call the Federal number & good luck with getting to the Post Office you need to speak with. Second - with that said, I had the great pleasure of speaking to Melinda. She is an outstanding representative of great customer service. Yes, in the USPS. She was helpful, kind, professional, efficient & understood exactly what my request was about. Yes, some of the negative reviews state that the USPS worker is on the phone - guess what? That employee is doing their job, not flitting around on a personal call. There are customers who do call in for assistance & these employees must address the concern, question, or request. Thank you for answering the phone, Melinda. I am grateful for your help & for correcting the mailing error I made all the way from FL to NJ. Excellent customer service and I wish I had somewhere to commend her on the USPS site. She deserves to be recognized for helping a customer to the extent that she did, in a timely & professional manner. btw - rude, disinterested, tone, not being helpful are subjective complaints. Sometimes an employee is doing the job within the constraints of Postal guidelines and they cannot deviate from that, no matter how many times you ask.”
