I have found this post office very good and very responsive to the Franklin community. The Postal service employees, both the mail carriers and those who work in the office, are kind and professional. If there is a complaint is that we wish there were more of them at times!

First time visiting on a Wednesday afternoon, about 5 people in line but move quickly. The clerk is friendly, flexible and efficient solving my missing package issue. 4 star because USPS tracking says a notice is left at door but it’s not the case, or it’s 5 star.
