We went here for our passport appointment for our newborn baby. The general line was being processed fast. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very communicative throughout the entire process. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Great location and great staff!!

I have found this post office very good and very responsive to the Franklin community. The Postal service employees, both the mail carriers and those who work in the office, are kind and professional. If there is a complaint is that we wish there were more of them at times!
