“I accidentally locked myself out of my phone when I added additional security measures, (a pattern and fingerprint), to my phone, but couldn't remember what the pattern login was and was very frustrated with the amount of time I had to wait before I could try to figure out what the pattern was. The first time I did it, my phone switched over to the fingerprint login, but it reverted back to the pattern the next time I tried to login, and I was at my wits end!! Luckily, I had an old phone that I use for my internet backup, but I couldn't make phone calls or do texts on it. With it, I Googled some phone stores that were able to unlock phones and was glad that Hot Spot Wireless & Electronics was near my job. The majority of their reviews were pretty good, so I went to their store on my way home. Just in case I needed it, I brought my old phone with me, which turned out to be a good decision! The guys who helped me were knowledgeable and patient with me. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my phone back to where it was before I messed it up, but at least they were able to put it back to its factory settings so I can use it again. I was pleased that the process was done in around 20 minutes and I bought a SanDisk Dual Drive Go device from them to install data from my old phone and computer, just in case, God forbid, I find myself in this situation again. I'm pleased with the service I received and if I ever need the help again to unlock my phone, or even to buy accessories for it, Hot Spot Wireless and Electronics will be my go-to spot!!”

“I would like to recognize Amanda Bagdad, Assistant Manager at P.C. Richard & Son in Wayne, NJ, for her exceptional customer service. Amanda truly went the extra mile to listen to my concerns, understand the problems I was having with the service department, and most importantly, take action to find a solution. Amanda connected me with Dennis from the P.C. Richard Service Department, who was also excellent. Together, Amanda, Dennis, and their team quickly organized a plan to have technicians come to my home and get the necessary repairs completed. What impressed me most was their willingness to take ownership of the situation instead of simply passing the problem along. I sincerely hope P.C. Richard & Son recognizes Amanda and Dennis for their outstanding work and commitment to their customers. They both deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you, Amanda and Dennis!”

“This is a convenient store and smoke shop. I came to purchase vapes. This was my second time at this store and both times were quite pleasant. The man behind the counter, who I believe to be the owner, is very nice. I asked a lot of questions and he has a lot of patience with me, so I have nothing bad to say. Their selection in your vapes is pretty good considering bought enforcement cracking down on the sale of flavored vapes. Additionally, prices are pretty good as well.”

“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. I dodnt get her name and I should have but just wanted to share her kindness.”
