“I first went to another Metro store on Market st but they didnt want to help me with a device change,and also they said their systemwas down and offered no solution. Theni went to the Metro on Ferry st and the experiences was xompletely different. The girl there was amazing, she called her support department asked for my ID and helped me without any problem at all.
Withouta doubt,the best customer service I've received at Metro by tmobile is at 173 ferry St location.”
“This is a convenient store and smoke shop. I came to purchase vapes. This was my second time at this store and both times were quite pleasant. The man behind the counter, who I believe to be the owner, is very nice. I asked a lot of questions and he has a lot of patience with me, so I have nothing bad to say. Their selection in your vapes is pretty good considering bought enforcement cracking down on the sale of flavored vapes. Additionally, prices are pretty good as well.”

For unique gift items or even personal use (embroidered hand towels, coasters, coin purse, bags, keychains, soaps, religious items, the list goes on) - this is a go-to place. On the other side of the store you can find home gadgets and appliances. It may be pricey but it's still a nice place to go to. I have gone back here numerous times either to browse or buy souvenir or religious items. I really recommend this store- so many items to choose from.”

I was at cvs & i thought i just clicked on one icon to answer pharmacy ?..but spam everywhere & latout on phone changed..i spent an hour to try to get things back to normal but i wasnt able to. I handed my phone to John, he somehow saw virus i clicked on , deleted it and in 2 mins was able to get layout i had back on phone. He did a great job & really fast”
