“I went to this metro store because I needed 2 new phones I called head ahead of time to check if they had it in stock at first I was confused because the guy was super friendly I just wasn't ready for that because of previous experience from other stores.
When I went to the the store the guy took the time to listen to my questions and used the questions I was asking and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I did.

Theni went to the Metro on Ferry st and the experiences was xompletely different. The girl there was amazing, she called her support department asked for my ID and helped me without any problem at all.
Withouta doubt,the best customer service I've received at Metro by tmobile is at 173 ferry St location.”

For unique gift items or even personal use (embroidered hand towels, coasters, coin purse, bags, keychains, soaps, religious items, the list goes on) - this is a go-to place. On the other side of the store you can find home gadgets and appliances. It may be pricey but it's still a nice place to go to. I have gone back here numerous times either to browse or buy souvenir or religious items. I really recommend this store- so many items to choose from.”

“I first went to a well known store with the acronym BB and within that store had a Squad of Geeks that told me there was a $100 diagnostic fee plus and including $60 to take my computer parts out and $60 to put the parts back into my computer and that didn't even include actually fixing my computer. Needless to say I thought that was a bit expensive so I found MLACOMPUTER while searching Google. There was no diagnostic fee and the gentleman found out the issue with my laptop within 5 minutes. I ended up paying only a small fraction of the cost and saved over $100+ on the fix. I would highly recommend using small and local businesses that care more about the community than these large corporate giants who even though are Billionaires still overcharge for their services. Thank you MLACOMPUTER!”
