“TopLine was great start to finish. Adam in sales was helpful and followed up on all our of questions and held our order even with our multi month delay. Ari, Jose and Andrew were flexible and returned 4 times to make sure all of our install issues (related to the cabinet maker and plumber) were addressed and our appliance were installed safely and correctly. While I was frustrated with the delays from other contractors the TopLine associates were professional and encouraging- saying this happens all the time and in the end it will all work out. “Furkan and the team are awesome to work with, in particular after installation. This week the garbage bin mechanism went off the sliding rails with only one year of normal use. I contacted Furkan, sent him a video of the problem and three days later, a repair man comes out in with a brand new mechanism! I thought they would just try to repair it.

“I came here for the first time to attend an event. The event was well organized. The staff were soo friendly, so engaging, and made the event extra fun. After the event, my fiance and I had a nice dinner here. The server was nice. He answered all our questions about the food. First time trying the meatballs. I understand the hype. After eating, to digest, my fiance and I took a walk around the store, looking at the items. There were many things on clearance so the price of many items were really good. Unfortunately when we were ready to leave, it was so hard to figure out the exit. That's the only reason for one less star. Better signage to show the exit would be good. The staff did help us find the exit. All in all, we cannot wait to go back. I'm looking forward to the next event.”

“I'm shocked to see any negative reviews about this company. Over 20 years ago, I purchased and installed a shower door system that arrived in the exact measurements I gave them. Fit perfectly. I had a question during the install, so I called them up. They were available and helped without any hassle. Fast forward to a few months ago, I needed 3 new rollers on the door glides, so I called customer service, and their response was "Sure. No problem. We'll send it right out." They sent more than 3. No questions on receipt. No questions on date of purchase. Nothing. Just help. Zero hassle. Then again, last week, I called and needed another part, same response, same zero hassle.
