I had a wonderful experience at the IKEA bistro on the lower level. Trunice provided exemplary service. She was kind, patient and friendly. She sets a high bar for customer service and should be recognized for her contributions to creating a warm and inviting culture at IKEA Paramus NJ.

Bought office chair at a very reasonable price. Had bought almost similar type from other fancy store one year back at triple the price at which we bought this one.
