Laser ship as always fail me. They leave packages in lobbies n in front of the building instead of the person's house. They have been caught taking pictures of the item and leaving with it. They dont not cover the lost item. I lost out on 280 dollars because of it. This is the worst company I have ever experienced

I literally witnessed the delivery person slam my package onto the porch with extreme force. The box is damaged—honestly, it looked like he hated his job. I truly hope this was just an isolated incident, but this kind of reckless and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.
