I gave her my information and she called me back when the delivery person returned so that I could retrieve my new phone that I was desperate to replace since mine was damaged. She was so sweet and it was amazing customer service. I promised to leave a review and I am more than happy to because of how accommodating they were on such a hectic day! Little things like that make a big impact and her effort is not lost on me.”

“I visit this location a lot and realized it deserves a review. Outstanding customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

“It might seem silly to be passionate about a shipping store, but here I am. I’d be so sad if they closed. They ship with any company you want, so no need to go to a specific brand’s store. The guy at the front desk works really hard and efficiently, even if the line is long it moves quickly. He knows his stuff and can answer all sorts of questions. It’s never a hassle to ship stuff, which is all I want. Things are always done seamlessly. 10/10”
