“Reliable, fast, easy tracking of my shipments. I receive continuous travel updates every day. Explanations regarding delays that are related to the weather conditions. At my store #6960 (South St. Newark NJ) the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. There are NO long lines. The staff help you carry in or out heavy boxes. Store box prices are reasonably priced. Free parking in a small shopping center that allows me to run other errands at one location.”

“Excellent customer service! The employee who assisted me went above and beyond to help with my shipment and made sure everything was handled correctly. They were patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. It's rare to find service this good, and I truly appreciate the professionalism. I will definitely return to this UPS Store for future needs.”

“Love this location I’m always in and out even if it’s just one person working. For the most part the issue is more so on the post office and not the staff. They are really nice and try their best. It’s usually rude, impatient customers screaming at them for things that are out of their control. Been a customer for over 20 years here this is my go to post office in Newark”
