Annabelle was excellent and very patient. I was there on Christmas Eve at the Washington Ave store and she made sure everything switched from my old phone to the new one. I was told I get a free tablet but to come back before the end of January for it. Now I can't get anyone on the phone for days!

Activation fee always climbs. First it was $14, then $16, now it's up to $27. Also, the associate laughed when I asked why that was. I don't think it was very funny.
