“Everyone here conducts themselves with such a high level of respect and professionalism, not only that but they do not have a problem going above and beyond for the customer. The gentleman in the back getting the trucks ready was awesome, felt like I was talking to family. Patrick and Trevor were beyond courteous helping me get the right truck for what I needed, even changing the trucks just so I can strap the way I want. picking up the truck they were both very busy as well as at the time of drop off. Since this is the only Uhaul in the town, perhaps getting more staff would be helpful to assist customers faster. Two staff members did not appear to be sufficient for the demand the store appears to have. I came to this location in June and it was busy as well.”

“We’ve been renting from Ryder in Moonachie, NJ, for years, and they continue to deliver outstanding service every single time. Any time one of our trucks or trailers is being serviced or unexpectedly down, Ryder is our go-to, and they never disappoint.
On our most recent rental, we picked up a trailer for a two-day rental and later discovered a small roof leak during a sugar pickup. I immediately contacted Ryder and spoke with Maynard, who provided excellent customer care and assured me the issue would be handled promptly. He had Luis, the supervisor, call me right back.
Luis followed up quickly, asked us to return the trailer when we were able, and remained flexible since our driver was still finishing his route into the next week. Once we dropped the trailer off, Ryder promptly processed our reimbursement for the damaged trailer. The shop tech even took it right into the back immediately to be serviced, no delays, no hassle.
This location consistently shows professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for its customers. Special thanks to Maynard and Luis for their responsiveness and commitment to great service. We will continue to use Ryder Moonachie for our fleet support needs, highly recommended!”
“This was the best uhaul location I have ever dealt with. I had to rent trucks twice due to a stressful and hectic move. Both times, they had what I needed and gave me a good price. They were super friendly and both times I needed the trucks longer with short notice and they accommodated me with no issue. “This place is outstandingly helpful. Some months back I had a rush job to get a hitch and electrical installed for an emergency pick up the next day and they pulled it off in a few hours. It was last minute and I had to run the hitch over so they could get it on in time before closing and they even stayed a little late completing for me.
