“Most honest owner I have ever met. The Audi dealer and another local shop told me that my car needs break and rotor replacements. After my car was checked here, the owner told me to come back after 10k more miles since there are plenty brake pads left still. He saved my day!”

We were able to extend by a few hours with no issues. Best part is we arrived late to return the truck and forgot our $150 power bank and they immediately called us asking if we left it behind. “Didn't know what to expect when I arrived here to rent the van because it looked as if no one was there. Once inside I saw George. He greeted me and asked how he could help. He asked if I had a reservation. When I replied no, he said not to worry, he had plenty. He asked where I would be going which I first thought was off but he wasn't being nosey, he needed to add mileage charges for the estimated charges. His estimate was on spot on, which meant no surprise charges for me ?. He explained the rental requirements and return expectations. My return experience was just a easy. Definitely recommend.”

“My experience with customer service was great because the employee Jaquan was very knowledgeable and helpful and patient with me this was my first time dealing with renting a U-Haul and he walked me through step by step now the problem I am experiencing with the company itself they are charging me for gas I put gas in at the station across the street on the corner from them as so did another U-Haul truck in from of me that also as we both returned the vehicle minutes away from each other I hope that management can fixed this problem it’s not fair to pay for gas twice but once again to the employee j for helping me keep up the great customer service thanks”

“We’ve been renting from Ryder in Moonachie, NJ, for years, and they continue to deliver outstanding service every single time. Any time one of our trucks or trailers is being serviced or unexpectedly down, Ryder is our go-to, and they never disappoint.
On our most recent rental, we picked up a trailer for a two-day rental and later discovered a small roof leak during a sugar pickup. I immediately contacted Ryder and spoke with Maynard, who provided excellent customer care and assured me the issue would be handled promptly. He had Luis, the supervisor, call me right back.
Luis followed up quickly, asked us to return the trailer when we were able, and remained flexible since our driver was still finishing his route into the next week. Once we dropped the trailer off, Ryder promptly processed our reimbursement for the damaged trailer. The shop tech even took it right into the back immediately to be serviced, no delays, no hassle.
This location consistently shows professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for its customers. Special thanks to Maynard and Luis for their responsiveness and commitment to great service. We will continue to use Ryder Moonachie for our fleet support needs, highly recommended!”
