  This review is for the Franklin Avenue at Joralemon Street branch in Belleville. Recently, I had one of those emergency financial necessities that required immediate attention. My card wasn't working in their machine, and it was right about closing time. Usually, this means that I have to go through a hassle, and have perhaps to pull teeth in order to get my money. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the staff to be as accommodating as could be. They acted as if it was the beginning of the day, and everyone was friendly and smiling. I got what I needed and was on my way in almost no time.

  Valley Bank is located on Franklin Avenue in Belleville I came here cuz they a have a coin machine and I don’t have to buy coin holders the service is good the vibe is ok I am always happy with Valley Bank there service is always better they any other bank love it

  I have been banking at the Aitken branch for many years. They deliver excellent customer service, and I trust them with all my banking needs.

  This is the absolute best branch in all of the Valley locations..... the manager Barbara cannot be beat ...always helps with any concerns and or questions...never rushing you off....she's absolutely the best ...the entire staff here is cooperative , helpful and the most respectful to their clients... bring your money here anytime any day..their open..TY AIKEN BRANCH FOR ALL YOU DO..!!!

  This bank is disgusting. ATM took my card due to my bank locking my account due to me previously being out of the country the day before. I go inside and the workers are claiming they can't give me my card because I'm not a customer of theirs. They wanted me to call my bank to get a written statement giving them permission to give me MY card back. They claim this was their “policy”. Written statements take 7-10 business days and I have never heard of this in my life. They wouldn't take the verbal permission so I asked for paperwork on their “policy”. They couldn't come up with the proof of policy paperwork so all of a sudden they can take the verbal permission over the phone from my bank. THIS BANK IS A JOKE. Business won't last long at this location mark my words!

  Horrid customer service in the drive-thru lane. As well as absolute stupidity of the d*** tellers not just in the drive-thru but in the actual bank. Would rate 0 stars DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY HERE.
