βThis is one of my favorite stores in the city. Anytime I have a question about a project, Iβve always found a staff member who can point me in the right direction with good advice on which products to use.β
βGreat place! Always helpful and they have everything youβd find in Home Depot or Loweβs. Bud difference between is that you can actually get someone to help you.β
βLarge selection of tools, consistent with the website to know what I could find. Checkout went quickly and helped ensure I had the right coupons for that day, which happened to be a harbor freight bucket with purchases greater than thirty dollars.β
βThis place is amazing. It's a tiny little place but it has everything and the staff knows where everything is so you can just ask them and they will help you find it. It's a great addition to the neighborhood and their neighborhood people too so they get to know you. And it's really convenient and handy having a hardware store right around the cornerβ

βThis hardware store has been located on Broadway in Gloucester. It's family owned and although it's not a giant big box store the employees will go out of their way to help any and all customers that come though their doors. Everyone that works there are extremely kind and helpful.β
βThis store is clean and well organized. Amazing how much they can fit in a small space. Hardly ever don't have what I'm looking for. However this time they didn't have what I wanted but they ordered it for me and in 2 days they got it. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable.β
βFrank was so helpful while we were getting our sump pump! The other cashiers were busy on the phone and Frank swooped in to open a check out. Also he was able to answer all our questions about the products.β

βDonβt go to Loweβs. Donβt go to Amazon. Donβt go to Home Depot. Go here. The people actually know what theyβre talking about and will go out of their way to help you. I was trying to get a car key fob copied and the manager spent over half an hour helping me, including sitting in my hot car trying to reprogram my key. While we werenβt successful, the effort she went through was amazing. Support your local hardware stores!β

βOnce again we had fantastic service from one of the owners of 10th Street Hardware. This time it was Steve DeShong. He spent a goodly amount of time on Saturday trying to figure out how to fix a broken soap dispenser (purchased elsewhere) we had brought in. Even though he couldn't get it to work (and we ended up buying a new one from his store), we were impressed with his determination to help us. We have been loyal customers of this store for years and value the fantastic advice and help we get from Steve and his partner Troy Usnik.β

βEvery time I walk into this shop I get the help I need. Today I ran into an issue with an expensive project I was doing and the woman behind the counter did everything she could to help and make sure i got the tools I needed. Even got help from some customers who had a drill on hand thanks to her.β

βI do maintenance around the block. This is the Best neighborhood hardware store. Very reasonable prices, great service. I can find here almost anything I need. Saves me a lot of trips to Home Depot.β

βGreat local hardware store, with a good selection of paint colors to choose from. I stopped by just for paint, and the employee who helped me was very nice. I appreciated not being overly talked to, and he was quick with getting my paint all mixed together. It's nice to have a store in the neighborhood that's easy to walk to.β
βVery Helpful staff. Iβve shopped there when I was doing a job up the street. They have just about everything. I had some questions about a custom hydraulic hose and they gave me directions to a store in maple shade that was also delightful. Great people. highly recommendedβ
βcan't speak to anything else, but i had a great experience with the locksmith service. i didn't have a key for my back security door, and only had one key for the front security door. the locksmith showed me step-by-step how to remove the cylinders so i could bring them in to be re-keyed to match each other. very helpful and reasonably priced compared to buying new locks or new doors.β

βRecently visited the store and met a very helpful, friendly and attenttive manager, Brandon. Not only was there a line and he was working alone, but to my amazement he did not rush and took his time answering questions I had on behalf of my nephew who is starting a new welding school. He utilized any and all sources including the internet to answer my questions, as well as called a colleague of his to further assist. This is what good customer service looks like! Will recommend to anyone!β
